WHY SPONSOR A VIRTUES PROJECT TRAINING?

Imagine a world where no child or adult is left without mentorship and friendship. When communities use the Virtues Strategies for prevention, intervention and healing, significant changes occur. With these strategies, we build a culture of character and improve our quality of life. We develop the will and the skill to respectfully teach respect, gently foster gentleness, and create a climate of restorative justice. We experience more joy, more peace, and more unity. Sponsors tell us that Virtues Project events create momentum with long-lasting impact through applying Virtues Strategies in a broad base of helping professionals and community members. The Virtues Project inspires hope, even in those who are most hopeless.

- To train local Facilitators so that the Virtues Project strategies
  can serve the wider community.

WHO CAN SPONSOR A TRAINING OR INTENSIVE?

Sponsors include government agencies, corporations, social service agencies, community organizations, schools, and individuals.

WHAT QUALIFIES A SPONSOR?

-The availability of a coordinator to oversee and coordinate
  the training event.
-The existence of a local participant base or constituency who
  will attend the program.
-The capability for sending out mailings and conducting registration.
  An existing mailing list is very helpful.
-The willingness to cover the costs of the training, whether
  by providing funding or obtaining a grant. Most events are on a
  cost recovery basis through fees charged participants.

HOW TO BOOK

Should you decide to move forward, please email the Virtues Project Program Region nearest you to book an event. We will provide you with promotional materials, publicity photos of the trainers and a template for a promotional brochure, along with other helpful hints for arranging a successful training event.
