Intensives

Virtues Intensives are in-depth workshops of two or more days that focus on a particular theme or topic. They may be given over several consecutive days or spaced over a period of weeks or months. They are often designed for a specific group or community. They involve sharing circles, personal reflection experiences, team building exercises and in-depth practice of The Five Strategies™, which touch the heart and stimulate the mind. They have a powerful unifying effect for a team in need of revitalization or a community seeking restoration and inspiration.

Examples are:

  • A parenting course given twice a week for three months
  • A five day course on Mentorship given over a three month period
  • A ten-day Integrated Community Development Program for community members, including a five-day Facilitator Training, for a community seeking healing and inspiration after a health epidemic
